 Mas Saint Damien is 3 kms from L'Isle sur la
Sorgue. The town is a major centre for the buying and selling of antiques, second only to
Paris in importance: 400 antique dealers expose their treasures every Saturday, Sunday,
Monday and bank |
holiday all year round. Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is also known for the
canals and waterways that run through the town. The River Sorgue bursts out of a mountain
from a 600 m deep underground source in Fontaine de Vaucluse.
